Hi everyone! My name is Katie Reinhardt and I am from Jacksonville, Florida. I am the youngest of three siblings and also have a 3 year old english cocker spaniel. I am a rising senior and a Business Administration major with a minor in data analytics. Why this MayX?
I chose to particiapte in this course as I have always been fascinated by puzzles and the challenge of figuring out how things fit together. Cryptology, especially during World War II, brings together history and problem solving in a way that excites me. One of my favorite books growing up was about the Navajo marines who used their native language to help develop an unbreakable code during WWII. That story was the beginning of my interest in what codes can do and how they have played a crucial role in global events.
